All payments should be cleared by ffgUK, at least three working days before any specified deadline.

All team registration fees are to be made payable to ffgUK Ltd.

A 2.75% credit card surcharge will be added to all credit card payments. There is no charge for use of debit cards.

A fee of £15 will be charged for returned unpaid cheques.


All quoted tariffs are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate correct at the time of going to press. If however government duly change this rate you will be notified together with any adjustment to your account, which must be adhered to.


Under ‘The Package Travel, Package Holidays & Package Tour Regulations 1992’ we are required to provide sufficient evidence of the security of money paid over and for the repatriation of the consumer in the event of insolvency. Our arrangements have been organised to meet the requirements of these regulations.


“package” means the pre-arranged combination of at least two of the following components when sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price and when the service covers a period of more than twenty-four hours or includes overnight accommodation: a) transport; b) accommodation; c) other tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation and accounting for a significant proportion of the package, and: i) the submission of separate accounts for different components shall not cause the arrangements to be other than a package; ii) the fact that the combination is arranged at the request of the consumer and in accordance with his specific instructions whether modified or not shall not of itself cause it to be treated as other than pre-arranged.


The signing of the necessary booking form by your club representative will constitute a booking made by every individual in your group, & they are responsible for passing on & sharing all information from ffgUK with their party.

Any queries, complaints or issues arising from the booking or tournament must come through the Group Leader or Club Secretary. ffgUK will not deal with complaints submitted by individuals within the party.

The representative signing the booking form on behalf of the club and the players must be over 2 years of age.

All reservations are accepted subject to the following ffgUK conditions.

  • That all guests under the age of 18 years are not permitted to consume alcohol as per the Law and this is governed by the club officials and strictly adhered to.
  • Any damages caused, shall have to be paid for in full & shall be the responsibility of the group leader.
  • We will have no involvement where there is a criminal act of any type but especially where the use of or dealing in any drug use, theft, vandalism or violence. These will be handed over to be dealt with immediately by the police.
  • That all accommodation shall be used soley by those individual persons listed on the ffgUK Hotel / Accommodation Rooming List Forms.
  • That all guests are governed by the rules, terms & conditions of all Hotels / Accommodations and Facilities involved in the provision of the Tournament of which the reservation is associated.
  • That the team shows respect to others in regards to excessive noise in the hotels / accommodation so as not to cause detriment of other guests. 


Your attention is drawn to the standard terms & conditions FFGUK are governed by. 

Please note we do not offer any guarantees, & no financial adjustment is provided for under our standard terms & conditions in this regard. 

ffgUK reserve the right to withdraw at any time any feature as listed in our tournament. 

In the unlikely event that this company has cause to issue notice of cancellation all fees paid to us for the event or our contracted accommodation will be refunded in full.  

ffgUK will not be held responsible for any fees paid to alternative services outside of its control, such as accommodation, restaurants, transport or venues.


In the event of any group or any member(s) of your group being unable to fulfil their booking the FFGUK accommodation deposit & Registration fee(s) shall be non-refundable.  

If the entire party is unable to fulfil its participation in the tournament, any Registration fee & deposits etc., are likewise to be non-refundable. 

A cancellation after the payment of any final balance shall be linked & governed by the terms & conditions of our contract. Cancellation charges are calculated from the day ffgUK receive written instructions to cancel a booking.  Please see below:

We recommend you take sufficient Travel Insurance to cover you and anyone travelling with you. If your cancellation falls within the provisions of your travel insurance policy you may be able to make
a claim.

If you have to cancel any part of your booking this should be notified to us in writing. The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be 2 working days after the written notification is received allowing us the time to notify the hotel / accommodation.


All hotels / accommodations are contracted on Bed and Breakfast terms. A negotiated Dinner

supplement in some of the hotels has been negotiated and will need to be confirmed prior to arrival to receive the negotiated rates.

Children under 2 year old’s will stay in 2 full paying people, however there will be no additional bed provided. Cots are provided on request subject to availability.

All our hotels / accommodation is based and charged on a minimum of 2 people sharing. Supplements will apply for single occupancy and extra people in rooms.

Rooms will be with 2 single beds or 1 double bed for twin occupancy. Please be advised that for a 3rd paying person the bed may be in the form of a sofa bed or a zbed.

ffgUK with make every effort to accommodation each group are closely to each other within the hotel / accommodation. However there will be times that may prevent an ideal situation.

If your accommodation requests cannot be exactly met by ffgUK we will offer you the nearest available alternative

Accommodation Booking: ffgUK would prefer that all teams book their accommodation with us; however if you chose to book your own and with the exception of local teams (which will be dealt with on a request basis) there will be an escalated registration fee. ffgUK are unable to offer free accommodation to coach drivers.


You are requested to alert us to any special requirements or disabilities within your group. ffgUK will make every attempt to accommodate any special requests/ adapted rooms where available. Please advise us as early as possible if anybody in your group required additional services to cater for all special individual needs


ffgUK has Public Liability cover for all our events for the sum of £5 million.


There is a possibility to register more players & add to the overall number of people in your group at a later date. However after the closing dates for deposits we are unable to guarantee there will be any spaces left for any additional persons.


We must remind you that by signing & returning the registration forms, you have accepted the above conditions on behalf of everyone in your group. You are therefore required to undertake the following:

  • To comply with subsequent soccer tournament registration arrangements with regard to
  • players all teams must be registered with a league or county.
  • To return the completed team registration form within 2 weeks of any provisional telephone / online reservations / with a non-refundable accommodation deposits of £30.00 per person in the group, as well as a fully completed ffgUK group accommodation rooming list for each room in the Hotel / Accommodation booked.
  • No children allowed in single room alone.
  • To abide by all the terms & conditions in this document.


ffgUK will endeavour to ensure all services, amenities & The football tournament are provided; however the company cannot be responsible if any service is not provided or football matches are lost due to force majeure such as heavy weather effecting pitch conditions etc. We will however attempt to play all games during the event.


We have agreed with all hotels that no damage waiver is to be pre-paid , however a card will need to be presented on check in to cover any damages from your team.


Please be aware that all Hotels / accommodation are subject to availability. We will attempt in all circumstances to accommodate your group together and in your chosen property.


ffgUK strongly recommends that all teams and persons travelling to an ffgUK Football Tournament in 2018 take out the appropriate insurance to cover their group for any eventuality. ffgUK have negotiated a specific insurance that can be taken out for your club and for each player.
